Really good tips! I just had my 4th last year and this was the first time I had a newborn AND a toddler, also after having a c-section. I can totally relate! One thing I would add myself is, it’s ok to ask for help, especially from your spouse/partner. Sometimes us moms tend to try to be supermoms and can end up doing more harm than good.
